Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website www.kaizoraconsulting.com (“Website”) or enrolling in any course or program offered by Kaizora Consulting (“we,” “us,” “our,” “Kaizora Consulting”).

By accessing our Website, booking a consultation, or enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

1. About Our Services

Kaizora Consulting is an online Japanese language training and consulting institute offering live online courses, including but not limited to JLPT Preparation (N5, N4, N3), NAT-Test Preparation (Q5, Q4, Q3), Corporate Japanese Training, Japanese for Professionals, Japanese for Tourists, Fast Track Courses, Customized Learning Programs, and One-to-One Private Classes.

2. Eligibility

Our courses are open to learners of all backgrounds. Learners under the age of 18 may enroll with the consent and involvement of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for communications and agreements made on the learner’s behalf.

3. Enrollment and Course Access

Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of full or agreed installment payment, as applicable.
Access to live classes, study materials, and mock tests is granted for the duration of the enrolled course/batch.
Class schedules, batch timings, and trainers are subject to change; we will make reasonable efforts to notify students in advance of any changes.
Digital study materials are provided for personal learning use only and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed (see Section 7 – Intellectual Property).

4. Fees and Payment

Course fees are as communicated at the time of enrollment and are payable through the methods specified by Kaizora Consulting.
Prices are subject to change for future enrollments but will not affect an already-confirmed enrollment.
Installment plans, where offered, must be completed as per the agreed schedule. Continued access to classes may be subject to timely payment.
All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified for international clients.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Refund and cancellation requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for detailed terms, or contact us directly.
No refunds will be issued for missed classes due to the student’s non-attendance, except in cases covered under our rescheduling policy.
Kaizora Consulting reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a batch due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case an alternative batch or refund will be offered.

6. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

Attend live classes punctually and participate respectfully
Complete assignments and assessments honestly, without unauthorized assistance
Maintain respectful communication with trainers and fellow students
Not record, reproduce, or share live class sessions without prior written consent

Kaizora Consulting reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any student found to be in violation of these conduct expectations, without refund, at its discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, including study materials, presentations, recordings, assessments, and website content, is the intellectual property of Kaizora Consulting (or its licensors) and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our course materials without our prior written permission.

8. Certificates

A Certificate of Course Completion is awarded upon successful completion of course requirements, as determined by Kaizora Consulting. Certificates are not equivalent to, and do not guarantee, results in official JLPT or NAT-Test examinations, which are administered by independent examination bodies.

9. No Guarantee of Examination Results

While our courses are designed to prepare students for the JLPT and NAT-Test examinations, Kaizora Consulting does not guarantee any specific examination outcome, score, or certification, as these are subject to the independent examination bodies and the student’s own performance and effort.

10. Corporate and Group Training

Additional or customized terms may apply to corporate training engagements, as agreed upon in a separate written agreement or proposal between Kaizora Consulting and the client organization. In case of conflict, the specific corporate agreement will take precedence over these general Terms for that engagement.

11. Website Use

You agree to use our Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website or its related systems.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaizora Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, or examination outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific course or service in question.

Our Website and classes may reference or link to third-party platforms (e.g. video conferencing tools, payment gateways, social media). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or performance of these third-party services.
